Step 2: Complete, sign and fax the application to 800-829-9008.
A Bank & Trade Reference sheet could be accepted in lieu of filling out the entire application. However, we will still require a signature at the bottom of the credit application, which gives us authorization to make credit inquiries. Other financial information may be requested in connection with the credit application. Upon submission of your application, you will be contacted by an American Packaging Capital leasing representative.
